Cancellation Policy:


       We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. If you wish to cancel your order, please take note of our cancellation policy:

  1. Order Cancellation Timing: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, our team might have already begun processing your order for shipment.

  2. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide your order number and relevant details for a smooth cancellation process. or WhatsApp +919010141516

  3. Refund Process: If your cancellation request is within the stipulated time frame, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the order placement.  Allow us 10 days min to refund your money as we shall be busy in order processing.

  4. Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour window might not be possible to process. In such cases, the order will be shipped as planned, and our regular return policy will apply.

  5. Exceptions: Personalized or customized items might not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Additionally, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

  6. Communication: Timely communication is key. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible to explore the best possible solution.

Return Policy for Perishable Items:

  2. No Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for perishable items. Once these items have been dispatched, we cannot guarantee their quality or safety if they are returned.

  4. Taste and Sweetness:  At AR4Fresh-India, we take great care to provide you with the freshest and finest quality perishable items. We understand that taste preferences, sweetness levels, and individual perceptions can vary. Fruits are produced naturally and differ tastes from one another and cannot be uniform.  Taste and sweetness also depend on variety of fruits and is very subjective. Due to the subjective nature of taste and sweetness, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges based solely on these factors.  

  5. Communication is Key: If you have any concerns about your order or the quality of the products you received, please contact us as soon as possible. We value your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.

  6. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order containing perishable items, please do so within the provided cancellation window. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
