    We recommend that you place your Mango order for USA through our website at However, if you prefer to pay using UPI, you may place your order with the UPI code provided. Please refer to the manual payment section for the QR code.
  • Can we pickup mangoes from your Hyderabad store/ware-house ?
    Please note that we only allow pickups for pre-booked orders at our warehouse. We cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins. To ensure that you receive your mangoes, we recommend that you place your order online and select the pickup option at the warehouse. We will notify you when the mangoes are ready for pickup.

  • What are the seasonal fruits available for delivery?
    Based on the season we provide only selected chemical free exotic fruits such as Jumbo Sithapal, Guava Pink, Kinnaur Apples, Nagpur oranges. Pl check site.
  • What is the step by step process to order?
    1. Create your Account 2. Add your addresses in the address book, single or multiple based on the Delivery addresses. 3. Select the products and Add to cart. 4. Select the Delivery address at the Checkout page. 5. Complete the checkout by selecting the payment options. 6. If you select offline transfer, kindly send us a screenshot on WhatsApp with your order no to confirm the order. 7. Delivery will be done on first come first serve basis as per the dates mentioned on the website.
  • Why Pre-booking?
    Storing mangoes after plucking is not possible and sales cannot be planned after harvest. Different varieties of mangoes are harvested at different intervals during the season, so it is not practical to open bookings partially as it can lead to confusion. We predict the harvest time and regularly update it on our website. Mangoes are plucked only when they are mature, and quality is our prime concern. Therefore, there may be a delay after booking (pre-booking) to ensure that the mangoes are of the highest quality before dispatch.
  • Can I make changes to my order online?
    At AR4 Fresh, we currently do not offer online options for customers to change or cancel their orders. Customers can contact us through the methods specified on our contact us page to make changes or cancel their orders. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and is always willing to assist customers in any way feasible. We Value our customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible service.
  • What if there is a problem with my order?
    At AR4 Fresh, we strive to offer top-notch service to our customers and anticipate that issues with orders do not arise. In case of any problems with an order that arises due to our fault, we urge our customers to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide pictures of the issue using the contact methods listed on our website's "Contact Us" page.   • Can I place a bulk order?
    At AR4 Fresh, we accept bulk orders and offer reselling options to our customers. We provide the option to place bulk orders for different purposes, such as for restaurants, offices, and gift packs. Our team can work closely with customers for custom orders and deliveries, subject to stock availability. We value our customers and aim to provide the best service to meet their needs.   • Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery?
    We are a small family-run business and have limited payment options. Cash-on-delivery payment option incurs an additional financial overhead for us. We don't want to increase our prices due to this overhead and hence do not offer cash-on-delivery. Instead, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. Our top priority is customer happiness and satisfaction. If customers are not delighted with our products, they can let us know, and we will work to address their concerns.
  • When is the delivery of seasonal fruits?
    It is weekly once which is mostly Monday and Tuesday. Cut off to order is on Friday for Monday Delivery.
  • Can we order on chat and pay through UPI?

  • Why am not able to complete the order?

  • What is a Season Pass?
    A Season Pass is a single order for the entire mango season. The Season Pass includes delivery of 4 or 6 different varieties of fresh mangoes every week. The Exotic Season Pass consists of a mix of Table (cut) and Juice varieties, while the Premium Season Pass only includes Table (cut) varieties. If you need multiple boxes of mangoes in a week, you can place multiple Season Pass orders.
  • Does the Season pass cost include Shipping Charges?
    Season pass cost excludes shipping charges for outstation deliveries except for Hyderabad Each box is shipped separately, and shipping charges are calculated separately for air and road transportation The logistics company levies these charges The cost of shipping is not factored into the season pass cost.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We ship to major cities in India and across USA. We serve all locations that can be shipped from Hyderabad within 3-4 days. If your delivery area is not listed, contact us and we'll try to accommodate your request if possible.
  • When do you deliver?
    Our deliveries are scheduled based on slots, taking into account the variety of mangoes and following a first-come, first-served basis. This is because we only harvest matured mangoes to ensure the best taste. You will receive an SMS and email notification in advance to inform you of your delivery slot.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Deliveries are scheduled based on a First come & First Serve basis. Priority delivery is available in Hyderabad for a small fee, subject to availability of stock and feasibility of delivery. Customers can contact us while placing their order for any special delivery time requests. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.
  • What if I am going for a Vacation?
    During the summer vacation season, we acknowledge that you may require rescheduling your delivery in India. To do so, kindly drop us an email, and we will try to make the necessary arrangements. In terms of overseas deliveries, we rely on shipments, but we will do our best to fulfil your delivery request in the following shipment.
  • Do you deliver ripe mangoes? How long does the fruit last?
    Mangoes can continue to ripen during transit, especially during outstation deliveries. For outstation deliveries, mangoes may turn from raw to semi-ripe or ripe. For Hyderabad deliveries, mangoes are likely to be semi-ripe to ripe. Customers can expect mangoes that are naturally ripened and may continue to ripen during transit, ensuring that they are at their best when received.
  • What care is to be taken after receiving the box?
    When customers receive the parcel of mangoes, they should open it immediately. Segregate the mangoes into ripe and semi-ripe ones. Ripe mangoes can be consumed immediately or refrigerated. Semi-ripe mangoes need to be stored in a warm place, such as a garage or cupboard, that has some ventilation. Semi-ripe mangoes can be kept in the same box, but sleeves need to be removed. To hasten the process of ripening, customers can keep a ripe banana with the semi-ripe mangoes. Customers should not refrigerate the mangoes until they are ripe. By following these instructions, customers can ensure that their mangoes ripen naturally and are at their best for consumption.

    At AR4 Fresh, we take great care to ensure our mangoes reach their destination without damage. In the rare event of damages occurring during transit, we offer Coupon for the extent of the damage. Customers need to provide sufficient proof through pictures within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel. Coupon can be used on the customer's next order. Some key points to note include: We do not use any harmful pesticides or fertilizers, and our produce is completely chemical-free. We prepare our own pesticides and fertilizers using desi cows, and we do not use any hormones, antibiotics, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colours, or any unnatural additives in our products. Our mangoes are grown using traditional methods that we would want to feed our families, and we ensure that they are of the highest quality.   • Where do you source mangoes from?
    At AR4 Fresh, we source most of our mangoes from family-owned-operated farms in Yadadri. Limited quantities of some varieties, such as Alphonso, are sourced from the best organic farms in Maharashtra. In case of a shortage, we source from known farms that follow the same natural, organic, and biodynamic practices with our guidance. Before procuring from other farms, we conduct lab testing to ensure the quality of the mangoes. We make sure that all our mangoes come from trusted sources that follow the same practices as us to ensure the highest quality and safety for our customers.
  • What is the difference between your mango & other mangoes?
    Our mangoes come mainly from our farms where strict supervision is maintained at every stage from growing to harvesting, unlike other farms where they are leased out. Bagging of all mangoes is done, which is a unique process followed in our farms in India. It enhances the quality, appearance, and taste of the mangoes. Harvesting is critical for the taste of mango. We harvest them only when they are mature, and every time only a few fruits from a single tree are cut depending on the maturity. In contrast, in other farms, a section of the farm or complete farm is harvested in one go irrespective of the maturity of mangoes. Post-harvest processes like desapping, hot water treatment, and drying are followed stringently for the complete crop. • Natural ripening is adhered to, unlike other farms where Carbide is used for instant ripening (only colour change takes place). Packing is done as per International standards in aerated corrugated boxes with proper cushioning.
  • How fresh is the produce?
    At AR4 Fresh, we pluck matured mangoes twice a week. The mangoes are allowed to ripen naturally for 5-10 days, depending on the variety and weather conditions. We ship the mangoes when they are semi-ripe to ensure that they are in the best condition when our customers receive them. Ripe mangoes can be identified by their change in color, aroma, and softness. We are committed to delivering high-quality, naturally ripened mangoes to our customers.

  • What does a mixed box of Mangoes contain?
    At AR4 Fresh, we offer mixed boxes that contain a minimum of 3 varieties of mangoes. Our goal is to include as many different varieties as possible in each mixed box to provide customers with a diverse mango experience. We ensure that each box contains at least one premium variety such as Himayat or Alphonso, depending on availability. We believe that this approach allows customers to try new and different varieties of mangoes, while also enjoying their favorites. Our mixed boxes are a great option for those who want to taste a variety of delicious, high-quality mangoes.
  • Why are they so costly?
    We prioritize the health of our customers and strive to provide them with healthy fruits. We follow very stringent procedures, from caring for the plants during monsoon to harvest, where they are given optimum manures and replenished. We bag each mango on the tree to ensure high-quality produce, which is a labour-intensive activity. Harvesting is done with utmost care, and post-harvest treatments such as desapping, hot water treatment, cold water treatment, drying with cloth, and natural ripening for 5-7 days are also labour-intensive and occupy warehouse space (which comes at a cost). We have to factor in an additional cost due to the high wastage of mangoes as we pack only the best quality produce.
  • Is it a good idea to give fresh mangoes as a gift to my employees?
    Fresh fruit in the workplace can bring wellness, boost morale, and increase productivity.   • Can I gift to other people and in multiple locations?
    Multiple addresses can be added to the Address book. The shipping address can be selected for gifting purposes. If there are more than 10 addresses, the list can be sent via mail or WhatsApp. Our team can help to create the orders for the different addresses.
  • What are the black spots or marks on the Mango?
    Black spots or dots on mango skin can indicate high sugar content. Some natural blemishes or marks on mango skin can occur due to branches touching them during growth. These marks and blemishes are natural and do not affect the quality or taste of the mango.
  • What is spongy tissue in Alphonso?
    Alphonso mangoes can sometimes have a natural disorder where a portion of the fruit becomes soft inside, while the exterior looks normal. This can only be detected once the mango is fully ripe. This occurrence is common in Alphonso mangoes. However, due to our organic practices and post-harvest techniques, the occurrence of this disorder in our mangoes is minimal. If such a mango is received, one can still consume the remaining portion of the fruit. Due to the natural occurrence of the disorder in some Alphonso mangoes, we cannot offer any refunds, store credits, or replacements for affected fruit.
