Mallika mangoes
Mallika mangoes are a hybrid mango variety that is popular in India due to its unique taste and texture.
This mango is a cross between the Dasheri and Neelam mango varieties and has a sweet, juicy pulp with a distinct flavor that combines characteristics of both parent varieties.
The Malika mango is medium-sized with an oval or oblong shape, and its skin turns golden yellow when ripe.
For optimal flavor and texture, it is recommended to consume Malika mangoes within two days of ripening.
Each box weighs 1.5 Kg gross. The other variants are of 3 Kg and 4 Kg gross.
It is best to store Malika mangoes at room temperature until they are fully ripe, then transfer them to the refrigerator to slow down further ripening.
